Beautifully kept, spacious hotel with hard-working staff and more than adequate breakfasts. Brand-new room and excellent communication with the staff. Very clean bed and ideal location near to motorways.

Popular and clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is first-class. The setting is magnificent and handy, just next door to near the motorway, West Quay and the cruise port.

Everything was very clean, genuinely helpful staff, magnificent views of the sunset. It was very good value for money with a nice décor. Thoroughly enjoyed easy check-in and late check-out.

Cool location, outstanding breakfast and understanding staff. Our double room was warm and cosy with cozy beds. Appreciated Southampton, the hotel was quirky. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was brilliant. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was heated. Moreover, they offered free parking nearby.

The hotel was traditional, I truly enjoyed its fab staff and rooms. Try cold dishes served at the in-house restaurant. Generally everything was great, nonetheless the bathroom was disgusting. Found in a beautiful area. Also, romsey golf club was 3 km away.
